We are seeking a compassionate and patient Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to help care for an 86-year-old woman with mid-stage dementia. The position requires 4-12 hours a week, with the possibility of more hours over time.
Responsibilities:
Light housekeeping and cleaning.Some cooking is a plus.
Providing companionship and engaging in positive, encouraging conversations.
Assisting with and encouraging healthy routines, such as showering and changing clothes.

We are looking for someone who can empower her while also being firm when necessary.
