Hilltown Behavioral Health is actively recruiting licensed clinical social workers and independent clinical social workers to add depth to our heart centered and soulful team. We are specifically looking for a community orientated therapist based in the Amherst Ma area who have the flexibility to work in person out of our Amherst office while offering virtual sessions as well. If you're passionate about making meaningful contributions to a skilled and compassionate team, we encourage you to submit your resume.
We offer competitive rates depending on experience and education. Additionally, we provide beautiful office space, purchase your EHR platform, handle all of your billing needs, take care of marketing and referrals for you. In addition to that, we also offer both individual supervision and group consultations. Currently, we have offices in Northampton, Sanctuary space in Worthington, Pittsfield and a new office in Amherst.
Our practice fosters an enriching culture and we are eagerly embracing opportunities for further development. We welcome candidates with a community-oriented mindset who have the ability to discern, pause, and practice mindfulness and mutuality. The qualities we are looking for include expertise in areas such as poetry, music, artistry, somatic practices, body-centered or energy-healing arts modalities. We understand the importance of a well-rounded and holistic approach to therapy, and value individuals who can bring these diverse skills and perspectives to our team. This is an independent contractor position allowing you autonomy over your schedule and practice needs. This position would allow you to gradually build up your clientelle.
We are looking for practitioners' familiarity with psychodynamic psychotherapy, advanced training, and certification in EMDR, IFS, Somatic Experiencing (SE), as well as yoga, and other evidence-based trauma-focused modalities. We are looking to collaborate with practitioners of the healing arts, who are integrating Psychology and soul. Candidates with substance abuse and LGBTQ experience also encouraged to apply.
The clinical work includes providing individual psychotherapy, family, couples, and group facilitation. We seek in a candidate someone familiar in conducting initial assessments (from a Biopsychosocial perspective), developing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with clients and other providers who are part of a client's treatment team.
