Then clean up. Including drywall patching, laminate flooring install, light fixtures replaced, kitchen cabinets ripped out, carpet removed, power washing outside. Be able to start right away. Faucets replaced. Raking leaves in back yard.
Owning a work truck is a plus Own tools are required.
