Summary:
Dust Collectors Cleaning Service is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our commercial buildings according to our high standards. You will take pride in your work and provide exceptional service to our clients/staff.
Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect all assigned areas, including floors, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Dust furniture, blinds, and electronics.
Vacuum carpets and rugs.
Mop floors.
Take out trash and recycling.
Replenish paper products in restrooms/kitchens.
Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
May perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum [High School Diploma/GED] or equivalent experience.
Prior cleaning experience is preferred, But willing to train the right candidate.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is a MUST.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass a background check.
