This is a great part-time 6-8 hours per week, flexible role for a contractor, carpenter, law enforcement officer, firefighter, retired or semi-retired individuals looking for additional income. The position is located in Granby, MA
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring grounds and facilities are in excellent condition, including ensuring no garbage or weeds reviewing, cleaning, and preparing vacated units for rent Lock checks to ensure all units are properly locked, and note any vacated customers basic rental move-ins and answering questions for customers during specified office hours meeting vendors and customers for assistance basic property maintenance work and repairs, which includes the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Applicant requirements
3-5 years of experience in self-storage, law enforcement, maintenance, facility cleaning, construction, repair, or a related industry. Experience in self-storage is preferred!
Strong references and a history of honesty and integrity, trust is a key requirement.
