We are looking for a new team member to join our busy company. Positions available immediately. We work in residential buildings installing fiberglass and cellulose insulation and provide full weatherization services to western and central MA.
This job can be physically demanding, dirty, and we work in very hot conditions. But we take pride in making customer's homes more comfortable, and helping them reduce their utility bills and energy consumption.
MUST HAVE (no exceptions):
- Valid driver's license
- Can pass a drug test and background check
REQUIRED (no exceptions):
- Willing to work Monday through Friday.
- Be in decent physical shape. We have to squeeze in to tight spaces, attics, crawlspaces, etc.
- NOT afraid of heights. Able to get on a roof or work off an extension ladder.
- Be able to meet in Southampton MA at 6:30 AM Monday through Friday.
IDEAL candidates will have:
- Experience in the insulation/weatherization industry with references.
- DOT certificate or experience driving a 16 foot box truck
- Any kind of construction experience.
We have plenty of full-time work available for the foreseeable future. Starting pay will depend on experience and is negotiable.
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Keep in mind this work can be uncomfortable, hot, and physically demanding. It's not for everyone, but we have a great crew of people with good attitudes that try to have fun while we work.
