The TransDX company is seeking
DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS (DSPs) for newspaper home delivery routes.
DSPs are independently contracted and are paid for satisfactory delivery; there are no additional responsibilities.
We have one Monday through Sunday route available in Pittsfield, covering the eastern half of town with a loop through Dalton daily. It can be completed in less than 2.5 hours daily and approximately 3 hours Sunday. The pickup point will be in Pittsfield all week, with a different location downtown on Sunday. The pay ranges on the route between $260-$280 weekly, depending on the time of the year and the number of customers on the route.
Customer tips should be considered an additional income stream that good service can produce.
Exact route timing will depend on your efficiency and vehicle, but figures listed above hold true for those with appropriate vehicles and a sensible approach to the route each day. Sunday will take a little longer, due to the bigger paper, multiple sections, and higher copy count.
All daily routes start between 4:00 and 5:00 am; Sunday routes begin earlier, as papers are available at roughly 2:00 AM.
Must be 18+ years old with a reliable 4-cylinder vehicle to do this well and profitably.
