We’re looking for a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across six properties in Amherst, MA. Position Overview:
Supervise a team of five maintenance technicians across 600+ beds in six buildings.
Coordinate preventive maintenance for buildings that are 7-8 years old and beginning to require more upkeep.
Communicate effectively with residents, ensuring premium service that matches the high standard of living.
Manage vendor relationships, work orders, and maintenance scheduling using tech-based platforms (email, software, etc.).
Administrative duties, including documentation, reporting, and overseeing maintenance operations.

$125/week for holding the phone
$250/week during holidays or busy turnover seasons

What You Bring to the Role:
Leadership Experience: Ability to guide, coordinate, and support a team of 5 techs.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computers, maintenance software, and email communication.
Customer Service Focused: Residents pay a premium, so service must reflect high-quality standards.
HVAC & Appliance Repair Skills: Experience with central heating, heat pumps, and mini-splits required.
Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle (for site-to-site travel).
Solar Knowledge is a plus, as the new building features solar panels.
