Hey there. I'm looking for someone strong and thoughtful for this gardening season to join my small team as my business is growing! Part time, avg 6 hrs/day 1-3 days a week to start. I've been gardening/farming for 26 years and my body is all set with over-exerting and getting hurt! Do you love gardening? Please have some basic plant knowledge, an eye for detail, an ability to learn, and a good work ethic with good communication skills. Is this you? Do you have references? Do you have reliable transportation, and are you yourself reliable? I try to have fun on my jobs and work hard, and learn new plants and insects every time I work in my clients' gardens. Most clients are in Northampton and Conway, MA. Pay is $18-$25/hr plus potentially more if you are experienced and we seem to work well together! You would be a subcontractor and fill out a W9 so we are on the same page. It would also be good if you have your own tools; Basic square edging shovel for digging holes (and edging), hard-tined rake, leaf rake, pruners, tarp, and gardening tub.
