We’re hiring a dependable and motivated local handyman to join our team at Peppermint Park Camping Resort in Plainfield, MA!
This isn’t just a maintenance job — it’s a long-term opportunity to learn all aspects of RV park operations and grow into a leadership role. You’ll work side-by-side with our team on everything from repairs and maintenance to planning and executing daily park operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
General handyman work: repairs, groundskeeping, minor plumbing/electrical tasks
Assisting with site prep, maintenance of hookups, and campground facilities
Working with the operations team to keep the park running smoothly
Learning the ropes with an eye toward eventually taking on a lead role
Who We’re Looking For:
A go-getter who’s willing to take on any task and eager to learn
Someone with basic repair and maintenance skills
A team player with good communication and reliability
Local to the Plainfield/Ashfield/Goshen area (or nearby)
Compensation:
15$-$20 per hour based on exp, up to 48 hours per week
