We're seeking a capable individual with experience in building maintenance to join our team. The qualified candidate will work to maintain and repair residential care homes, and will be expected to travel to multiple locations throughout each day using a company vehicle. The perfect candidate is resourceful and able to troubleshoot problems, while working independently. Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities:
-Drywall repair and painting
-Repairing toilets and sinks when leaking/malfunctioning
-Maintaining and repairing major household appliances such as dryers and dishwashers
-Troubleshooting safety hazard issues for residents
-Calling and coordinating licensed professionals to schedule repairs when needed
This is a part-time position for 20-25 hours per week with a flexible schedule and paid major holidays.
