SNOW SHOVELERS $18-$25 DOEPLOW DRIVER/OPERATOR $25-$35 DOEThe Snow Crew Member will be responsible for providing professional snow removal services for our clients. This position is responsible for performing ongoing snow removal tasks during all hours of the day & night in all outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a strong attention to detail.SNOW/WINTER SEASON RESPONSIBILITIESSnow removalfor designated areas.Operating heavy equipment to remove snow and treat icy conditions for clientsSafely and appropriately distribute de-icing solutionsPerform highly physical and demanding work on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, and snowy weatherKnowledge of proper use of equipment: shovel, snow scrapers, snow blowers, salt spreadersProper application method of chemical applicationPart time/On call for weather events 24/7All other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTSLive the Company Values to provide impeccable service to clientsAbility to work as a team and apply critical feedbackRequired to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, life, grasp, carry, push, and pull during a regular workday shiftMust be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds plusMust be able to work in all outdoor weather conditions: hot, cold, freezing, rain, snow, wet weather conditions and have proper attireSpecific vision abilities by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.Valid Driver’s License - Must meet insurance underwriting requirementsAble to lawfully work in the United Stated Apply now in 2 minutes!
