Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in field service, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems. This role requires the ability to read and interpret schematics, troubleshoot issues effectively, and ensure that all systems operate efficiently. Entry level must have at least (1-5 years) experience
Master Refrigeration (must be highly skilled and over 5 years experience).
1st and 2nd shift openings.
Duties
Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems in various settings.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter.
Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of refrigeration units.
Build and plumb new refrigeration systems according to specifications.
Collaborate with other service technicians to complete projects efficiently.
Follow safety protocols while working on refrigeration equipment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge related to refrigeration systems.
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical components.
Experience in field service work is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
