The CMM Programmer/Operator will be part of a team of quality professionals in fast-paced company specializing in short run for the aerospace industry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Interprets ballooned customer drawings, including geometric dimensioning, tolerance, & PO requirements.
· Utilizes Zeiss Calypso software to create programs, including documented set up instructions for First Piece, In-Process and Final Inspection.
· Works with Machine Operators, Programming, and Management to produce acceptable product.
· Correlates CMM inspection data with hand inspection tools and/or plate inspections including micrometers, indicators, height gages, etc.
· Operates within AS9100 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Skills and Physical Requirements:
· Ability to work well with others.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Able to handle and follow instruction.
· 3 Years of CMM Programmer/Operator experience.
· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
