As the exclusive manufacturing partner behind TRM Knives, we are entering a high-growth phase. We need an experienced machinist and programmer to help increase our production and make prototypes for new products.
This person will work closely with the owner, so you'll need a passion for quality and a calm head under pressure

What You'll Do
Program CNC Vertical Machining Centers
Build Fixtures for new knife parts
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and work with the team to optimize processes and reduce downtime
Mentor machine operators and increase their skills to grow our in-house capabilities
Collaborate directly with ownership and engineering to improve workflows and support new product development
Contribute ideas, solutions, and elbow grease. We are a small team that values input and initiative
What You Must Bring
15+ years in machining and manufacturing environment, including CNC programming using Mastercam
Communication and organizational skills
A "no job is too small" attitude and the ability to work independently
A personality that works with our team- humble, focused and a little obsessive about quality
Experience in the knife industry or a strong desire to learn about making knives
