Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Ability to maintain and repair various types of equipment
- Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff, if applicable
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting electrical systems
