Job Title: Production Associate – Bulletproof Glass Manufacturing

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We are a leading manufacturer of bulletproof and ballistic-resistant glass used in armored vehicles, banks, security booths, and other high-security applications. We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, assisting in the production, assembly, and quality assurance of bulletproof glass products. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the lamination, cutting, and assembly of bulletproof glass panels
Operate machinery and hand tools in a safe and efficient manner
Inspect products for quality and report any defects
Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Safely handle glass materials and wear proper PPE at all times
Work collaboratively with other team members and departments
Comply with all company safety, quality, and production standards
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Comfortable working in a physical environment with repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
