Overview:

As an extension of our growing team, the Customer Service Representative is very important. Every job duty is an opportunity to create the best experience a customer can have in the home improvement industry from beginning to end.

Top Accountabilities:

Answering phones, scheduling sales appointments, confirming scheduled appointments, showing customers our products in the showroom, etc.

Your Work DNA:

You are adaptable, coachable, anticipate customer needs, calm under pressure, organized, service-oriented, laser-focus and high attention to detail, well-written, team player, reliable, positive and professional.

Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Type minimum 40 WPM

Able to work onsite in Westfield, Ma (no telecommuting available)

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.

Professional demeanor and respect for community members

Natural ability to thrive when multi-tasking in a technology-driven environment operating at an extremely fast pace. Experience working with high-volume of incoming requests or calls, preferred.

Reliable transportation

Record of reliable attendance.

Hours and Pay

Full and Part Time shifts availability on Saturdays

Pay is $11-$15/hr. depending on experience.
