Looking for ambitious self starter to perform janitorial and maintenance services at 115 unit apartment complex in Springfield, MA. MUST live in Springfield or within 30 minutes of city. MUST pass criminal background check. Duties include cleaning and maintaining of common areas, units, sidewalks and grounds including snow removal. Job requires some heavy lifting, shoveling, and other physical requirements. On Call rotation and 1 year experience. Full Time with great benefits. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license in good standing. Spanish preferred but not required. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. EOE
