Compensation: Bi-weekly pay | Estimated $1,200–$2,000/week
Overview:
RoseChild Services, LLC is seeking motivated and community-driven individuals to join our Arcadia Community Solar outreach campaign. As a Door-to-Door Solar Agent, you’ll help local households enroll in affordable, renewable energy programs—making a real impact while earning competitive, performance-based pay.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods
- Educate residents about Arcadia’s Community Solar program
- Enroll eligible households in open enrollment or LMI (Low-to-Moderate Income) solar plans
- Accurately track and report kWh enrollments
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with the public
Compensation Structure:
- Base Pay: Up to $200 per week
- Open Enrollment: $0.025 per kWh (e.g., $250 per 10,000 kWh enrolled)
- LMI Enrollment: $0.04 per kWh (e.g., $400 per 10,000 kWh enrolled)
- Bi-weekly payouts based on verified enrollments
- Typical earnings range from $1,200 to $2,000 per week, depending on performance
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with door-to-door outreach
- Passion for clean energy and community engagement
- Prior sales or outreach experience preferred but not required
