Job Summary
LKT Solutions is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be required to learn and market mainly our two biggest clients. We are a marketing group expanding into the Springfield market and are looking for self motivated people who are goal driven and independant. We are currently both offering part time and full time positions in the Springfield area and we offer a very flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
Utilize effective selling techniques, including upselling, to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall performance.
Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
