Our large and beautfiul studio, in a newly renovated Mill with a view of the falls, is beloved by students and teachers alike. We continue to practice care in regards to contagious illness: Students and teachers are asked to stay home when ill, and the space contains four large air purifiers. We currently have an 18-20 person maximum for in-person classes with a simple online registration system.
At Shelburne Falls Yoga, we actively foster an environment in which the students' goals, needs, and intuitive wisdom take precedence over external performance or conforming to outside instruction. We value the process of inquiry and honor the multi-faceted, ancient, and evolving tradition of yoga. Compassionate self-observation is at the core of our offerings, and we engage in an ongoing exploration of how this core can be extended outward in acknowledgement of the collective needs of our shared world.
