Full-Time position with rotating on-call schedule. After-hours calls are generally rare. This is an entry-level position and we are willing to train the right person. The start date is January 2, 2025.
Looking for a mechanically-inclined, reliable maintenance technician for a high-end apartment community in Amherst, MA. The property is all one building, with elevators, and minimal landscaping or snow removal requirements.
Candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, be comfortable working with a variety of people, and have a good sense of humor. Will need to pass a CORI check.
Duties include general apartment and property maintenance, including appliances, light plumbing and electrical, misc property repairs, painting and patching, trash pickup, etc. The technician answers to the maintenance supervisor, and is part of a small team of maintenance and management staff members.
