Just purchased a 2 unit, 3600 sq ft, 100 plus year old brick house. It needs a fair amount of this, and a fair amount of that. Everything works and is kind of livable if you are without car but have the skills.
Money is tight! Moonlight is fine. Need two kitchen install, bathroom up grades, flooring, some sheet rock, roof work, brick repointing
We also have another 2 family in greenfield that is a complete gut renovation. Lots of work there.
