Taylor Davis Landscape & Construction is hiring Foremen!
The Foreman position is tailored for individuals who have lead crews before, ideally between 3-8 people. This role is designed for those with a strong foundation in outdoor sitework construction activities such as trenching, drainage, paving, concrete, grading, and more.
Under our mentorship, you will further enhance your skills with winter trainings, collaborative projects, and the opportunity to learn new means and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with experienced project managers to gain insights into project coordination and leadership.
Assist in coordinating and executing construction projects.
Learn advanced project planning and resource allocation strategies.
Plan and schedule work along side the Operations manager.
Process work orders, change orders, and lead tool box talks on site.
Assume increasing responsibilities in overseeing and guiding a team of laborers, operators, and drivers.
Enforce safety regulations on construction sites based on your extensive experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years expereince as a site work foreman.
Demonstrated expertise in construction processes and techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid and Clean Drivers License
