Part Time Handyman / Property Maintenance work
About the Position:
Looking for individual(s) with prior experience (at least 4 years) in property maintenance. Skill sets should include: painting, drywall, flooring, carpentry, apartment turnover, plumbing / electrical, heating unit repairs, roofing etc
The position is ideal for someone looking for extra hours and/or flexibility of schedule.
Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $25 - $30 based on skills / experience
- Work on your schedule / pick up work as needed
- Must have vehicle and tools
- 20 - 35 hours / wk variable / flexible
