I’m looking for a reliable and motivated helper for home repair and maintenance work. If you have basic skills in woodworking, construction, and home maintenance (or are willing to learn), this could be a great fit!
What you’ll be doing:
- Basic home repair and maintenance
- Rough framing, general construction, drywall
- Trim carpentry, painting, staining
- Appliance installation including dishwashers, washers/dryers, microwaves, disposals, etc.
- Play-set assembly, deck building, light landscaping (summer months)
- Various home repairs like fixing doors, re-screening, and much more.
- Safety Driving company vehicles to job sites and dump, etc. Ability to drive with and back up a trailer is a plus.
What you need:
-Must be local and near Belchertown
-Experience using hand and power tools safely
-Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
-Able to work independently or as part of a team
-Positive attitude and good communication skills
-Respectful of customers and their homes
-Problem-solving skills and good with diverse tasks
-Reliable and on time
-Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and transportation to Belchertown
Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week, Typically 4 to 5 days a week, M-F, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (some flexibility). Must be available at least 3 days a week.
