The ideal candidate is a person familiar with HVAC systems and use of diagnostic tools related to HVAC.

Paid training will be made available and back up support is always available.
We do NOT have an on call rotation.
We do NOT take after hours calls unless it is a real emergency.
New techs will be assigned to maintenance agreements and trained.
Experienced techs will be trained on VRV/VRF, Dual Fuel, Controls, and Mini Splits.
Our service department does all of the refrigeration piping, controls, start-up and commissioning, and diagnostics.
You will be supported by a Service Manager, Office, and fellow employees.
We work as a team 100% of the time.
A valid drivers license and a clear understanding of professional customer service is a must.
We are located in Pittsfield, MA.
We do not work on oil.
We do not work on junk.
We do not work in disgusting places.
We rarely do roof tops.
