I am looking for an experienced well rounded laborer that has skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc. Painting is the most important but that can be learned easily if you have an eye for detail and patience.
I operate as a handyman but also do some land clearing and firewood sales.
My ideal candidate would either be semi retired and well versed in the trades or younger and looking to learn.
If you're semi retired with lots of experience there is 0 expectations for heavy lifting and I'm paying you up to or more than $30/ hour. If you're 20 with no experience but a passion for the trades I'm paying you closer to $20/ hour and some heavy lifting may be required.
Pay would be $20-30 an hour based on experience with no benefits and extremely flexible hours somewhere between 10 and 40 hours a week based on your skills and availability. Reliable transportation is a must
