Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to drive site traffic, sales, engagement and profitability across our digital footprint. They will be responsible for both the strategic development and day-to-day operation of our websites. To drive traffic and demand, this Manager will also work in tandem with the Director of Integrated Marketing on activating paid campaigns across search, digital display, paid social, CRM, and co-op advertising channels. The successful candidate will have a strategic and analytical approach, a high-level of attention to detail, project management skills, with a talent for communicating digital performance and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive the experience across our digital footprint through content/listing strategy, management, and optimization; promotion and campaign strategy, management, and optimization; A/B testing; and ensuring all activations (e.g., new product, campaigns, etc.) are optimized, QA'd, and launched accurately and on time
• Create and implement short and long-term Ecommerce strategies to increase website traffic, conversion, AOV and profitability
• Manage internal digital marketing team members and external agency partners
• Serve as subject matter expert on merchandising and performance. Analyze and leverage site metrics and other data to optimize the experience and drive business performance. Create and distribute site dashboard inclusive of traffic, sales, conversion, AOV, and recommendations for optimization
• Utilize analytics and digital metrics to build a profile of our digital audience. Recommend and implement site changes to fully maximize performance
• Work with Director of Integrated Marketing to develop and manage all aspects of digital marketing in partnership with the brand teams including paid search, paid social media, display banners, high impact units, video, native, and more
• Drive demand and conversion across all digital properties. This will be achieved through ongoing work and optimization of advertising, email, and co-op campaigns, management and updates to our Magento shops, and executing plans to get more consumers to our properties, retain them through ongoing optimizations to experience, and reduce friction in order flow
• Work with the Director of Integrated Marketing on developing a strategic approach to 1P and 3P, continuous work around optimizing our listings for search and maximizing our spend and visibility via paid strategies
• Identify and recommend emerging trends and advancements in web and ecommerce technologies. This includes new digital tactics to better, more effectively/efficiently reach our consumers
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience delivering premium digital and ecommerce experiences and driving ecommerce sales and conversions. This experience should include a blend of paid and organic strategies spanning channels (e.g., company websites, retailer.com, etc.)
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable with large data sets and making data-driven recommendations
• A digital subject matter expert with extensive knowledge of ecommerce technology landscape and trends
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Able to build positive relationships across departments and with external vendors
• A creative thinker and problem-solver who embraces test and learn thinking and challenging the status quo
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task and track a wide variety of activities under deadline, paying close attention to detail
• Google Analytics Certified is a plus
• Magento U trained is a plus
• Experience with Hubspot, Klayvio or related CRM is a plus
• Ability and desire to travel internationally as needed
