Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist in the Manufacturing industry, located in Woburn, Massachusetts, United States. As a HR Generalist, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities ranging from managing employee relations to ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee benefits functions, ensuring all employees are informed and their needs are met. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, promoting transparency and open dialogue. Manage FMLA requests and ensure all actions are in compliance with federal laws. Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain accurate employee records and information. Resolve employee inquiries in a timely and respectful manner. Act as a liaison between employees and management, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with Ceridian HR management software Solid understanding of Benefit Functions in HR context Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal Proven track record in Compliance management Strong capabilities in handling Employee Relations Knowledge and experience in handling FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) related matters Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle conflict resolution Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
