The Professional Education Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Professional Education team, including speaker programs, program coordination, Statements of Work (SOWs), faculty logistics, event administration, attendee communications, reporting, and other coordinator-level operational support. This role ensures that all training events—whether hands-on bio-skills labs, virtual webinars, or large-scale symposia—are executed flawlessly, on time, and in strict compliance with medical device industry regulations (e.g., AdvaMed Code, Sunshine Act).NOTE: We are currently only considering local applicants who can adhere to our hybrid work schedule (currently 3 days/week in office and 2 days/week remote)
 Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end logistics for physician education programs, including speaker programs, advisory boards, and select hands-on educational programs.Build and manage program timelines to keep planning on track and ensure all approvals and required steps are completedCoordinate Speaker Statements of Work (SOWs), consulting agreements, amendments, and required documentation in partnership with Legal and Compliance.Track contract status and follow up on outstanding approvals to ensure speakers are contracted in advance of scheduled programs.Coordinate faculty logistics, including invitations, travel, accommodations, honoraria, and reimbursement documentation.Build and manage event registration pages in Cvent, oversee attendee communications, and track registrations through program completion.Coordinate attendee travel and hotel accommodations to support educational programs.Assist with post-program reporting, attendance tracking, attendee follow-up communications, and processing attendee reimbursements.Assist with speaker nominations, onboarding activities, and updating the active speaker roster as needed.
