The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as a primary contact for any questions related to
how the system works from both a business and technical perspective. The BSA works with Information Technology Business Analysts (IT BA) and business partners to translate business requirements into technical requirements. As a member or leader of a team, you are expected to use your working understanding of information systems, business operations, and processes to analyze, develop and document technical requirements. You may develop expertise in specializations and establish a deeper knowledge and expertise across the technical landscape. You are detail oriented, a problem solver, have excellent communication and collaboration skills - and can utilize those skills effectively to partner and collaborate to develop requirements.

We are seeking to hire one BSA ahead of need to support Core Commercial. Ideally this person would be contract to hire and have strong skills including:
Workers Compensation knowledge and experience
NCCI (National Council on Compensation Insurance)
SQL, data mapping, XML (knowledge of Acord 2.0 would be a plus), data structures
Insurity experience would be a plus
Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 3 years of experience
Education: Bachelors (required)
