BOH - Kitchen Staff - We’re busy and growing !
We’re looking for energetic, experienced cooks & chefs to join our team. We offer a professional, safe and supportive environment so our staff can grow and flourish with us. We require 2+ years of (current) skilled culinary experience in a restaurant. (Sorry, no home chefs please!).
Full & Part-time hours are available.
DISHWASHER –Training Provided.
Must be 18+ yrs old
Organized, Energetic, Hard-working.
PANTRY STATION
Prepare hot and cold appetizers, salads & desserts
Raw Bar – must be able to shuck shellfish (no allergies please)
LINE COOKS – Grill/Saute/ Expo
Must be experienced in the station
Must be able to work clean & safely
Must be able accurate with attention to detail
SOUS CHEF
Must be experienced in all stations
