Chef Manager
We are accepting resumes for a highly motivated, self starter, hands-on Chef. This is a team player position, leading by example the BOH staff, encouraging professional performance. You will be responsible for the quality and presentation of the food the restaurant is serving and maintain high standards in keeping with our guests expectations also assume responsibility for menu planning and provisioning for a scratch kitchen. This is an opportunity which will allow you to help fine tune the menu and showcase your culinary skill-set.
