GENERAL MANAGER - RESTAURANT

Our client operates a very successful Fast Casual Restaurant in the WORCESTER COUNTY area and they have retained our firm to find an experienced, accomplished, self-motivated and career driven individual for the position of General Manager.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with a true passion for the food industry and the ability to lead and motivate the experienced staff currently in place.

Our client’s restaurant serves great FOOD & DRINKS such Steak, Salads, Seafood, Pizza and more. This location also offers a full bar. This location is open 7 days a week, so your availability on weekends and evenings are a must.

To succeed in this position, your skills and duties would/should include but not be limited to:

Food & Beverage Inventory Management

Controlling Overall Food, Labor and Beverage Costs

Ordering Kitchen Inventory & Supplies

Interview & Hire New Staff as Needed

Maintain Store Cleanliness

Manage Equipment Maintenance & Repair

Maintain Continuous Training for Current Staff

Utilize Great Organizational Skills

Have Knowledge of a Wide Range of Recipes

Schedule Staff Shifts

Provide Overall Leadership for the Team

You will have access to the tools needed to succeed including a great kitchen with all new equipment, great work environment, competent staff, plus an on-site owner to provide you with support when needed.

Our client is offering a compensation package including an annual base Salary of $85,000 - $100,000 plus productivity & profitability bonuses, paid vacations, health, life and disability insurance,
