Line Cook

Nashoba Valley Winery is looking to add a skilled full-time line cook. Shifts would, Wednesday 10AM- 4PM, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10AM-9PM and Sunday 8AM-4PM.

Pay for this position also includes commission based incentives. Candidate would be responsible for line cook duties at our fine dining J’s Restaurant as well as our fast casual restaurant The Vintner's Knoll.

Responsibilities would include prep work for all food operations, line cook reasonability’s for lunch, dinner service/ brunch service and always maintaining food safety/ quality standards. Proficient knife skills and at least 1 year in the culinary industry required.

Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment

Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours in length each shift

Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs

At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50 lbs

Accountable for following and executing all state safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualified candidates will be asked to work a shift in the kitchen to demonstrate their skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
