Newly opened Russo Italian Restaurant is located in Worcesters bustling Canal District and is Sister Restaurant to Lock 50. Our menu is prepared from thoughtfully sourced ingredients, prepared from scratch. The Menu is a reflection of Authentic Italian and Classic Italian American cuisine

We are currently looking for a team leader to oversee staff and operations in the absence of the Executive Chef

The selected candidate must have open availability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Basic job requirements:

Assist with all duties as assigned by the Executive Chef and manager

Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service

Prepare a variety of foods; meat, seafood, poultry, sauces, stocks, vegetable and cold food items

Cover, date and correctly store all remaining food items

Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures

Proficient knife skills

Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

Familiarity with industries Best Practices

Minimum of 3 years previous experience

ServSafe or other recognized hygiene qualification required
