Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, which includes washing, sanitizing, and maintaining food production equipment and service ware.
Receive, unpack, unwrap, rotate, & stow deliveries into appropriate refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms via supervisor’s instructions.
Maintain proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room, such as wiping down tables & chairs, trash removal and floor maintenance.
Lift, move and store food, food containers and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one’s own height.
Maintain a clean and safe work area via supervisor instruction and applicable health, safety, and food handling regulations.
Adhere to client and company protocols related to workplace safety and sanitation standards.
Provide exceptional customer service in a courteous, helpful manner.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to move objects up to approximately 40 lbs. to waist height.
This position may be called upon to perform other job tasks as determined by the supervisor.
