Oakdale Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center in West Boylston, MA is looking for Nurses (RN/LPN) & Certified Nursing Assistants to provide outstanding care to our residents!
Nurses are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $4,000.00.
CNAs are eligible for a retention bonus of up to $2,000.00.
Full-time & Part-time shifts available
Nurses: 6:45am - 3:15pm, 2:45pm - 11:15am, 10:45am - 3:15pm
CNAs: 7am - 3pm, 11pm - 7am
Nurses (RN/LPN) Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' health requirements
- Administer medications
- Monitor vital signs
- Interact with patients
- Work closely with healthcare providers
- Record advancements
- Stay informed about industry standards
- Carry out additional nursing responsibilities as assigned
CNAs Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, vital sign monitoring, patient communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient support.
Qualifications:
- Nurse- Graduate from a recognized nursing program with an active MA RN or LPN nursing license
- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant certification and state CNA License
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility, as needed.
