Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in diagnosing and repairing various automotive issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements
- Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Repair or replace vehicle engines, transmissions, and other major components
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for automotive repairs
- Experience with diesel engine repair is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting electrical systems
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics software
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain systems
