Opening For Automotive dismantler/mechanic
Part time We operate 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday. No weekends
Pay based on experience.
Job Duties:
Dismantle Vehicles efficiently in an environmentally friendly manner, ensuring parts are salvaged for resale or reuse.
Label all parts with stock numbers and keep simple legible written records
Able to work independently and follow best management practices for automotive recycling facilities
Keep Clean and orderly workspace
Provide assistance to fellow employees and ask for assistance when needed.
Must Haves:
Automotive Repair experience, Be able to maintain basic written records in English.
Be familiar with basic automotive tools and equipment. and have Reliable Transportation.
Bilingual, Forklift experience, & Hydraulic license are all a plus
Physical Demands:
This is a physical job. Activities include pushing, pulling, standing, walking, lifting, squatting, kneeling, bending or sitting for extended periods. Some work is done in tight spaces. Vehicle processing is primarily done inside however, some work is done outside, Employees are required to dress appropriately.
Basic Tools are provided.
