We're looking for an experienced Concrete Foundation Foreman to take charge of our crew on residential foundation projects. If you’ve been in the game for a while and have a good head on your shoulders, you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a crew and make sure we’re getting the job done right, on time, and safely.
- Able to read a set of plans and square a footing/foundation
- Order/Calculate how much concrete is needed.
- Keep the crew motivated, train the new guys, and keep everything running smooth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of concrete foundation experience (at least a couple of years leading a crew).
- Good knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and forming.
- A strong work ethic and leadership skills.
- Can work in all weather, move materials, and manage a job site.
-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Competitive pay and will be based on experience.
