Are you ready to join a family-owned construction/concrete/excavation company in Ayer, MA
As we grow, we’re seeking a hardworking individual to help maintain our warehouse and outdoor equipment yard.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Cleaning, Maintenance, organization: keep equipment clean and organized
Yard and Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the outdoor equipment yard and warehouse clean, tidy, and organized. Daily tasks include loading and unloading trucks and trailers. Keeping construction equipment organized and in designated areas
Forklift Operation: Unload trucks and move parts or equipment as needed (forklift training provided).
Outdoor Work: Be prepared to work in all climates on gravel surfaces, moving between warehouse and yard.
Mechanic knowledge: Mechanically inclined is a bonus
What We’re Looking For:
Positive Attitude: A friendly, proactive mindset and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.), climb on equipment, and operate a power washer.
Dependability: Punctuality and reliability are key to success in this role. Reliable transportation to and from work along with valid driver's license.
Non-Smoking Environment: No smoking, vaping, or drugs are permitted.
Work hours and days: 40/hrs per week. Overtime available
Compensation: Starting at $20–$25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Health insurance reimbursement. Paid holidays, earned paid time off, 401k. Bonus eligible
