AJ Letourneau Inc, Millbury MA, is seeking a General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will support operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, landscaping, shoveling, supporting other team members or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job and a wellness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities;
Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
Work alongside operators, drivers and/or mechanics.
Landscaping- mowing, weed whacking, etc.
Painting containers, equipment etc.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods.
Strong attention to detail
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills but the ability to manage time and work independently
Ability to take oral instruction and perform it
Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Knowledge of power tools is a plus
Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
Qualifications
Candidate must have a valid driver's license
Candidate must have a reliable car
Candidate must be 18 +
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to come in early, stay late or come in Saturdays as needed
Most importantly- candidate must have an eagerness to learn and develop new skills to grow within the company
