$25/hr 5 to 7/wk, 8 hrs/day stable long-term construction job
This is essentially like a full time job. 5 or more days a week and full days including through the slow winter months.
Preference for those with electrician and plumbing experience - you'll learn carpentry, etc. But, willing, able and flexible to work on variety of work tasks.
We've had laborers who have been rather reckless braking expensive items and equipment and thus are looking for workers who are careful and take care to do work the right way and carefully rather than hurriedly.
Additionally, looking for worker who can follow instructions such that the work is done the way we want it. We've had laborers doing other causing needless and expensive re-work.
Requires physical fitness level - i.e., not too overweight, ability to carry construction materials, work on a construction site.
You must have your own vehicle and be over 18 years old.
