Positions Available:
Full-time and part-time opportunities
Role and responsibilities may vary depending on experience and interest, and may include:
Landscape Maintenance (mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, pruning)
Planting & Softscape Projects
Hardscape Installation (patios, walkways, retaining walls, granite steps)
Landscape Construction (site prep, grading, drainage solutions)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in landscaping, hardscapes, or construction preferred
Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic
Positive attitude and a team mindset
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend/stoop repeatedly, and work in varying weather conditions
Comfort working around environmental elements (bees, pollen, poison ivy, etc.)
Willingness to follow safety practices and company procedures
Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must wear appropriate work boots and company uniform
Good communication skills and professionalism on job sites
Ability to take direction and also lead by example
