We are seeking a full time landscape laborer (32-40 hours per week average, sometimes OT).
Mostly Lawn Mowing, Weeding and Shrub Trimming
Job Details: You will be mowing lawns, weeding and trimming shrubs most of the time, however you will also be performing any and all other tasks and jobs related to lawn care and landscaping as needed. Must be able to work outside performing manual labor work in HOT humid heat. Must be a good, hard worker.
We do not work on weekends, we only work Monday-Friday.
** YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN MASS DRIVERS LICENSE **
* Must have 1+ years of landscape experience.
* Must have a clean driving RMV record.
* Must have a drivers license.
* Must be 18+ years old.
* Must be able to speak good clear English and write in English.
* Must be able to work in the USA and be on Payroll.
* Must have RELIABLE and Dependable Transportation to get to work ON TIME every day.
* Must come to work sober, neat, clean and professional looking.
* Do not show up drunk, hung over, high, smelling like booze or under the influence of any drugs/alcohol.
* We have a Zero Tolerance Policy for Drug Use.
* Must be Dependable, RELIABLE, on time and have common sense and able to work alone.
Pay is done via payroll. We do payroll every two weeks on Thursdays (Bi-Weekly).
STARTING Rate: $15.00 - $17.00+ per hour. We will review your job performance after 30 days for possible raises and/or bonuses base on your work and how you are doing.
Our office is in Sterling, MA (Near the Leominster Boarder right off RT 12).
We will schedule and conduct in person interviews at our office.
