LAWN MOWING & LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT FOREMAN: FULL TIME YEAR ROUND POSITION
Mowing Crew Position requires an individual to help assist out team of landscape professionals complete their daily projects. Looking for someone to help lead our mowing crews or train to be the next crew chief. Must be willing to drive a truck and trailer with a clean license. Daily tasks include: taking directions, completing daily route, encouraging the other crew members with a positive attitude, quality control, paperwork and safety. Sunshine Landscaping delivers premium services to high-end clients in the Greater Worcester Area who expect us to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, safe, neat, prompt, and very attentive to detail.
Competitive Pay rate based on experience 24.00-28.00 plus-per hour and time and a half for overtime. We have immediate opening for foreman to join our team of Landscape Management Professionals.
Must have track record showing the ability to show up for work on time and produce 9-10 hour days consistently.
Landscape Management Working Foreman - Position requires experienced individual to oversee landscape projects. Daily tasks include crew supervision, quality control, scheduling, paperwork and safety. You must have an understanding of basic landscape skills: shaping and renovating shrubs and ornamental trees by natural hand pruning, defining and detailing ornamental planting beds, weed identification, hardscape projects, mulch, manicuring grounds, planting, lawn and landscape construction. We deliver premium services to high end clients that expect us to be courteous, safe, neat, prompt and very attentive to detail.

Compensation: Competitive Pay rate based on experience 22.00-28.00 plus-per hour and time and a half for overtime. Hourly pay will be based on your experience and skills. Benefits, when eligible, may include Paid Holidays, Vacation, 401K and complete health benefit package.
