Are you looking for a flexible, physically active winter job? A well-established property management company is hiring seasonal snow removal crew members to help maintain safe and accessible properties throughout the winter months.
Position Details:
Job Title: Snow Shoveler
Location: Worcester
Type: Seasonal, On-call
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots.
Spread salt or ice melt to prevent icy conditions.
Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure timely service.
Communicate with the team lead regarding job status and equipment needs.
Qualifications:
Must be reliable and able to work early mornings, late evenings, or on short notice depending on snowfall.
Comfortable working in cold weather and performing physically demanding tasks.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and use snow removal equipment (shovels, snow blowers, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation are preferred but not required.
Previous experience in snow removal is a plus, but not required
